Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms apply when you use Voraum, run by Selorm Victor Matanawi ("we", "us"). By creating a profile or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Your profile and content
- Give accurate information. Do not pretend to be another person or business.
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on the site so the directory can work.
- You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not use the site to send spam, scrape other people's information, or contact members for purposes they did not agree to.
Dealings between members
Voraum is a place to find and contact each other. We are not a party to any agreement, job, sale or service between members, and we do not check members' identity, skills, licences, or businesses. You deal with other members at your own risk. Take care, ask for references, and put important arrangements in writing.
Removal of content and accounts
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. You can delete your profile yourself at any time.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you will get customers, work or connections from it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of other members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version. We will change the date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
